It’s always fun welcoming a new employee to the Allovus family. This month, we are pleased to announce a brand new addition to our team, Allison Flanigan.
“My position at Allovus is still unfolding,” Allison said. “So far, my core role will be on the studio side of things; support, project management, event planning, troubleshooting, etc.. If I see a need, I fill it.”
Allison began her career in the real estate industry and later transitioned to a job working for a recruiter. But she’d always wanted to start a company, so 18 years ago, she jumped at the opportunity to run her own business—which also allowed her to raise her family on a flexible schedule.
As a mom of two beautiful girls, Allison has mastered the challenges of juggling family, Girl Scout troops, gymnastic meets, and spending quality time with her husband of 21 years—all while owning her own direct mail business (Mail Specialists Incorporated.) All that juggling has fostered organized magic in the work place. It’s evident she’s a “Jill-of-all-Trades” and can easily handle vendor relations, planning, relationship building, organizing, execution and management of projects, staffing, budgeting, and more. She is the ultimate support person and someone we will be relying heavily on to get things done.
Allison is a long-time Gig Harbor resident and has lived there since she was four years old.
